  1. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  3. Car Book Plus is NOT a public domain program. It is copyrighted by 
  4. Andrzej Brzezinski & Marek Kosznik further referred to as the authors. This 
  5. software and accompanying documentation are protected by Canada Copyright law 
  6. and also by International Treaty provisions.
  7.  
  8. The authors grant you a limited license to use this software
  9. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days. If you
  10. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period, you
  11. MUST make a registration payment to the authors (see register.txt).

  14. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  16. INDIVIDUALS may distribute Car Book Plus to friends or associates, 
  17. provided they charge no fees for this service, and they convey a complete and 
  18. unaltered copy of the shareware version of this product.

  20. All other distribution is allowed only under the terms of the attached
  21. VENDINFO data record, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Any
  22. distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed in
  23. that data record is hereby authorized. You may not distribute this
  24. product, modify it, or bundle it with other products except as
  25. specifically allowed therein. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  26. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  27. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  28. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  29. this license.

  31. Permission to distribute the Car Book Plus package is not 
  32. transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. Each vendor wishing to 
  33. distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of this limited 
  34. distribution license.

  37. writing. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to the authors.
